Is this class just for beginners?
No! There is something to learn for everyone in this class. Experienced card readers will learn how to use oracle cards with journaling for an added layer of nervous system regulation. Those who have been practicing somatic healing and nervous system regulation will learn how to incorporate oracle cards into their healing practices to connect with their spirituality.
How do I know if this group is for me?
-
No previous experience in oracle cards or somatic healing is required, but a curious mindset, interest in spirituality, and willingness to present with your bodily experiences will help you get the most out of this group.
-
Virtual groups are great for flexibility, accessibility, and people who love to be at home. If you are looking for in person support please look at the other offerings for therapists!
-
Being a part of a group as a participant can feel very vulnerable. Are you ready to have your healing be witnessed? Your grief be held? And to witness others without giving advice or stepping in? The purpose of the group in this case is to be present with others while taking care of yourself. This role of receiving can be uncomfortable but is important for growth.

This group is an affirming space for all sexual and gender identities. Both Hannah and Quinn are queer and love to support the queer community. There is 0 tolerance for hate or bigotry in this class.

Please do not hesitate if this is something you need, we are happy to provide this service in an accessible way.
Group Facilitators:
Hannah (she/her) is a queer somatic practitioner and trauma informed designer. Her approach to nervous system regulation and healing work is based on the belief that you already have everything you need to heal within you. You may need help accessing this information from your nervous system, but it is innate in each of us. She sees her role as a facilitator between you and this inner “knowing” as she calls it. She believes you are the expert on your life and ultimately you are the only one who knows what you need. Her work is consent based and she hopes to help participants connect with the sensation of no and feel comfortable expressing it to themselves and others. Read more about Hannah here.
Quinn (she/her) has immersed herself in earth-based spirituality since the first time she was told, “go play outside and come back when it starts to get dark.” Playing in a shaded creekside of her childhood home in rural Nebraska Quinn ventured into realms she would only fully understand many years later. These early life experiences became the foundation for her Shamanic education which focuses on Celtic and Druid traditions and drum journeying as a way to connect to the spirit world. Quinn has been actively studying and training with experienced elders for the last 8 years in preparation to help her clients connect more deeply with themselves, their guides and their own inner shaman. Quinn’s modalities include intuitive channeling, divination techniques, sacred art and astrology. She teaches an immersive Herbalism Apprenticeship at Sacred Earth Arts in Kansas City, Kansas and hosts a variety of classes from home herbalism techniques to Tarot reading and plant meditation.
Alongside her Shamanic education Quinn has also studied extensively in the field of herbal medicine making and North American medicinal plants. She owns and operates Wildcraft Co., a herbal self-care business that specializes in plant-based body care products with an emphasis in aromatherapy, pure ingredients and minimalist recipes. Wildcraft’s motto is “Radical Self-Care”, which to Quinn means looking beyond what is comfortable and getting to the heart of your needs, on a mind, body and soul level.
Cancellation Policy:
